About Me

I have been exposed to a variety of healing and spiritual modalities over my lifetime. At the age of four, I was introduced to Transcendental Mediation. This teaching allowed me to recognize the dual nature of Spirit and Body at a very early age. It was along this path that I became aware of the fact that I knew things others did not. I was also a student and practitioner of Biofeedback, once demonstrating these techniques on public television. Biofeedback provided the foundation of being at peace while in the body and the ability to calm my mind. In my early teens, I began keeping dream journals; which led me to experience Lucid Dreaming. The Lucid Dream State was a significant event for me. It crystallized everything spiritual I had experienced thus far--to bring complete waking awareness to the dream space has been one of the most validating experiences of my spiritual nature. I was also a student of Buddhist Meditation Practices. These mediations provided an additional level of grounding along my path.

I am a graduate of the Berkeley Psychic Institute's Intensive Clairvoyant Program, a student of the Aesclepion Center of Healing's TranceMediumship program, a member of AMORC (Ancient Mystical Order Rosæ Crucis), and a Reiki Master. Recently I have been experimenting with Brainwave Entrainment, I strongly suspect that I can utilize brainwave entrainment to facilitate expended intuitive abilities.

I continue to research and study new and complimentary modalities to help my continued growth so I can be of greater service to my clients.
